Training

Windows, Equipment, Software, Email, Admin Techniques, and Security Training.

Google “Most valuable asset to a business” and you’ll get article after article all saying the same thing: Employees. Forbes, Indeed, and PCMA all agree that to be a top company, you need your workers to be performing at their best and this has been the highlight for years. Now, when hiring is harder than ever, it’s become critical to invest heavily in your team’s ability to succeed.

Technology, however, is complex and ever-changing. Even with software in which you already work, teams often gain a “Minimum Working Knowledge” of how it’s used while missing key tools or features that can improve efficiency or being vulnerable to updates that introduce changes which disrupt workflow.

But training isn’t just time consuming: the best trainers are born and bred for it. It takes a specific kind of person to both understand deeply what needs to be taught, put it into words, and have the patience and commitment to let trainees learn at their own pace. A professional trainer can make the biggest and most immediate difference to productivity in any office.

I have critical experience teaching a wide range of techniques, software, and equipment to people of many different skillsets and backgrounds. I also adapt and learn quickly, often understanding a process with little more than a demonstration and test-run. Whether it’s complex software, security training and best-practices, or a million simple tricks and automations, I’ll come and train your team in groups or one-on-one to boost their output in measurable ways.
